Hello! Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Craig Bryan and I started baking around 2005 right after our twin boys, Chase and Ethan were born. Having to take a night shift to help out with the daycare, I was up early in the mornings.
After purchasing a cookbook that taught you how to doctor up store-bought cake mixes, and make them more tasty,
I found that I had a talent for baking.
After baking for family and friends for a while I taught myself how to bake using straight scratch recipes. This is where the passion for baking started for me. This is also where my motto comes from, "scratch is better".
I believe desserts bring out the kid in all of us. Childhood memories of smiles and celebrations are what drive me to create pastries that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
